Villa Verd is a charming stone-clad country house in a traditional style. The area where it is located is quiet, surrounded by oak, olive, pine, and local fruit trees. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The living-dining room features two sofas, a fireplace, and satellite TV, and is decorated with antique farming tools. Outside, there is a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals that you can prepare on the barbecue. Both the terrace and the barbecue offer splendid views of the garden surrounding the pool. The property also has a ping pong table. Villa Verd is just a few minutes' drive from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, as well as the area's beaches, shops, and restaurants. Are you looking for something special in a place that offers both urban life and the sea, medieval and modern, excitement and tranquillity? Fincallorca would like to present Esglesia 10, an architectural masterpiece located in the oldest neighbourhood of Alcúdia, not far from the Catholic church. You will be living in old stones in both senses of the word, as this modern and tastefully furnished house is located both within the massive city walls and inside and outside with impressive historic stonework. Here you will become an (old) city dweller, strolling peacefully through the streets steeped in history, where you can still find plenty of Mallorcan tradition. For your morning breakfast or a little nightcap, you can sit in the sheltered, planted patio with access to the separate living and sleeping areas. It's worth noting that it's best to leave the car 150 metres away in the car park near the church, as it's easy to get lost in the winding narrow streets. As soon as you enter the front door, you can immediately sink into the soft cushions and take a deep breath after a day of shopping, sightseeing or at the beach. Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 8.5 x 4.5meter freshwater pool. It is kept clean with chlorine and has a water depth of 1 - 1,9m. Loungers invite you to relax on the pool terrace. To protect yourself from the midday sun there is a furnished pergola. The staircase leads from the pool terrace to the well kept garden with large lawn area for children to play and the furnished veranda, ideal for barbecues with friends and family. The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. Relax a moment in the living - dinning area or watch a program on the satellite TV (German and English channels) before you prepare together one of your favourite dishes.
