The Finca, of about 7000 m2, is in the countryside in a very quiet area. The garden and the exterior have abundant vegetation and trees, which gives it a pleasant and shady atmosphere, ideal for children to enjoy playing safely in contact with nature. The swimming pool is located right in front of the house. It is large and comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Interiorly, the house is comfortable and functional. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with everything you need, a small lounge, a double bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a full bathroom.
