Villa Verd is a pretty stone-clad country house in a traditional style. The area where it is located is quiet and surrounded by oak, olive, pine, and local fruit trees. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The living-dining room has two sofas, a fireplace, and satellite television, and is decorated with old farming tools. Outside, there is a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals that you can prepare on the barbecue. Both the terrace and the barbecue offer splendid views of the garden surrounding the pool. The villa also has a ping pong table. Villa Verd is located just a few minutes' drive from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, as well as the area's beaches, shops, and restaurants. Fincallorca would like to present Esglesia 10, an architectural masterpiece located in the oldest neighbourhood of Alcúdia, not far from the Catholic church. You will be living in old stones in both senses of the word, as this modern and tastefully furnished house is located both within the massive city walls and inside and outside with impressive historic stonework. Here you will become an (old) city dweller, strolling peacefully through the streets steeped in history, where you can still find plenty of Mallorcan tradition. For your morning breakfast or a little nightcap, you can sit in the sheltered, planted patio with access to the separate living and sleeping areas. It's worth noting that it's best to leave the car 150 metres away in the car park near the church, as it's easy to get lost in the winding narrow streets. As soon as you enter the front door, you can immediately sink into the soft cushions and take a deep breath after a day of shopping, sightseeing or at the beach. The villa has been built in a classic Spanish style, with a gleaming white exterior. A stone patio wraps around the property and plays host to alfresco dining areas and spots to sunbathe. There are two outdoor dining tables and sun loungers to choose from for cathing a few rays. The swimming pool in the centre of the terrace is gorgeous. Cool off from the midday sun and enjoy a swim, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We loved the additional wrought iron, winding staircase outside, which leads up to a patio upstairs. Affording panoramic views of Mallorca’s countryside, it’s the place to be for cocktails. Indoors, there are multiple lounge areas to accommodate all guests and a lengthy dining table. On the first floor you'll find the two bedrooms, one twin room and one double. Both share a separate shower room. Alcudia is famed for the longest beaches in Mallorca, with calm, turquoise waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
