The well cared exterior area has absolutely everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Mallorca: the fantastic 4 x 3 meter pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, the 4 sun loungers, and the magnificent furnished porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue followed by a pleasant table talk. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV. On the main floor we also find the separate laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a toilet. Villa Ignaci is the perfect retreat for privacy and tranquility, ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Outdoors, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool with mountain views, prepare meals on the barbecue, and relax on the terrace. The interior is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Although the villa is in a quiet area, the vibrant town of Alcudia with its diverse dining and entertainment options is just a 10-minute drive away. The beautiful Alcudia beach is also a 10-minute drive from the property. Please note that air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Welcome to Villa Ignaci! Important information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. Guests must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). This beautiful villa is set amidst well kept gardens in an area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa with the nearest beach only a 10 minute drive away. It is a very comfortable and well lit house ideal for guests wishing to experience a taste of authentic Mallorcan living combined with modern touches. The interior is beautifully furnished and carefully cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining / dining room with dining table, chairs and TV. From the lounge/dining room there is also access to the fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine villa. It sleeps up to 4 people. There is a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds in the loft. There is also 1 full bathroom. Outside there is a stunning garden ideal for sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. There is a pond and views of the Mallorcan countryside making it a fantastic place to really relax. There is also a barbecue at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining....
