Therefore, it's better to start with the interior, which certainly doesn't lag behind! It features three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the third with two single beds. Right next to this room is a third bathroom with a shower. The first two bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace, in addition to large windows that will make you enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea as if you were touching it. 'This lovely villa is located just a short walk from Nerja’s Burriana Beach. The area is known as Chiminea – Nerja’s prime residential area. It’s the perfect location for a family holiday being convenient for the beach and town centre, yet in a quiet area. There is a private heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 10m with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. The views of Burriana Beach from this villa are fantastic. There are several open terraces from which to enjoy the sun and the views. There is a dining area and a built-in BBQ area by the heated pool for summer al fresco dining.
