The beautifully maintained property benefits from 3 large terraces providing sun and shade at all times of the day and is just across the road from the mile-long Playazo beach with its selection of bars and seafood restaurants. In her opinion, customers wouldn't mind paying a little more. But I had my doubts... the villa wasn't cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it worked out... Location and exteriors And our customers love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about the valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, because Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for those who have parking on it. Let me tell you a little more about this charming villa. On the ground floor, there are large windows opening onto a splendid terrace with a private 4m x 6m pool and fantastic views.
