Beautiful Spanish Villa for large families. Very charming and beautiful Spanish villa, located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings near Algarrobo, only 15 min. drive from Torre del Mar and Vélez-Málaga. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for the large or several families. The terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains, the coast and the Mediterranean. The villa was built in 2008 and is 170m2 with 105m2 terrace situated on 1200m2 plot. There is plenty of room for the large family both indoors and outdoors. The whole house is very complete with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from both the living room and several bedrooms and minimalist and practical furnished. The central area of the house is the open kitchen / family room. The kitchen is well designed and very well equipped with all new kitchen appliances as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. The living room is spacious and provides comfortable sofa environment, large flat screen TV with satellite access, nice dining table with 10 seats.
