On the ground floor there are two spacious and bright living rooms with sofas to rest, television, dining table and a fireplace. An independent kitchen, recently renovated and fully equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests, since it has, among other things, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee maker, etc. There are also four of the six bedrooms in the house and two bathrooms, both with showers. On the upper floor, the two rooms of the house remain. The outdoor area is spacious, has a large swimming pool to cool off in summer and several loungers for sunbathing. There is a porch with tables and chairs to be in company outdoors. Thanks to its good location, it provides silence, tranquility and intimacy, essential to be able to rest and relax, since it is very close to the town but secluded and nobody will be able to bother you on your days off....
