A detached 3 bedroom , 4 bath/shower room villa situated in the desirable location of Mojacar Playa, approximately 260 meters from Las Ventanicas beach and an excellent range of bars and restaurants. It benefits from an elevated position providing some of the best sea views you will find in Mojacar. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Approaching the villa, there are two private parking spaces and an integral garage. To the front of the property is the private pool with a very large, south east facing patio wrapping around the property. There are 6 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. The pool has had a full refurbishment in February 2026. The entire patio area is enclosed with walls and railings, preventing children from wandering off. We have installed additional lighting in 2023. The exterior of the property was repainted in 2023. One of the things that sold this villa to us is the peace and quiet. Although you are only a 5 minute walk from the sea and the bars, all you can hear is the sea. We only have one neighbour who lives there permanently. For this reason we do not accept all male or all female group bookings, as the development is more suited to family groups. Whether you are looking for a great place for a family holiday, or a more romantic retreat by the sea, this villa provides both. Listen to the sounds of the sea; although in a quiet, private and peaceful location, the villa is just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops making it one of the best holiday locations in the whole of Mojacar Playa. The pool is heated out of season thus making it useable all year round (in our effort to help save the planet, solar panels have been installed on the roof to assist with the electricity being used by the pool heater and air conditioning units). The villa is fully air conditioned throughout - providing cool air in the heat of the summer and warm air in cooler months. Three of the four bright and airy bedrooms are on the first floor and have patio doors leading straight out on to the balcony with those stunning sea views.
