This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces. The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. Steps lead down to the large swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) and outside kitchen and seating area together. The swimming pool has a solar cover which provides some heat dependent on the weather. There is also the availability of having the pool heated by an electric heat pump at an extra cost. Off the swimming pool terrace there is a further one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for grandparents, nanny or teenagers!
