This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is really spectacular with absolutely amazing views of the bay of La Herradura. It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs! Around the back of the house there is another independent single bedroom with en-suite, perfect for a teenager or nanny who want a little privacy! Not suitable for younger children. This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces. The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. Steps lead down to the large swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) and outside kitchen and seating area together. The swimming pool has a solar cover which provides some heat dependent on the weather. There is also the availability of having the pool heated by an electric heat pump at an extra cost. Off the swimming pool terrace there is a further one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for grandparents, nanny or teenagers!
