One has 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room and dining kitchen and store. On the other side are 2 further bedrooms with en-suites. All bedrooms and living room open onto the attractive courtyard with private pool. To the side is a large covered dining area with built in BBQ and sink with a dining table that seats 8 easily. There are wicker sofas and coffee tables with umbrellas for shade along with sun loungers across the terrace. The pool is 10x5m and has a shallow end with Roman steps, ideal for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. By prior arrangement the pool can be heated at a cost of approximately €450 per week (depending on season).
