The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. A short driveway leads to the house with the entrance on the side, under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortable living/dining room. The lounge has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and doors leading out to the pool terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and pantry. Utility room with washing machine. At one end of the dining room is the air-conditioned master bedroom with beautiful en-suite bathroom. A corridor leads from the dining room to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The swimming pool has a shallow area for children and is set amongst large terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property.
