It is situated close to 'EL Mal Pas', one of the best areas of Alcudia, only 1,5 km from the beach and close to the old village. Very convenient for its proximity to everything you need supermarkets, shops, restaurants ... The villa has a large garden with perfect places to relax away from the noise and crowds, there you will find a swimming pool with sun loungers and a shady porch perfect to spend evening evenings. It really is a very private and independent place. The house was built two centuries ago and retains all the character of yesteryear in its details. Layout Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a dining room with wooden beams, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The stone walls of the house keep the interior temperature very pleasant. There are two outdoor dining tables and sun loungers to choose from for cathing a few rays. The swimming pool in the centre of the terrace is gorgeous. Cool off from the midday sun and enjoy a swim, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We loved the additional wrought iron, winding staircase outside, which leads up to a patio upstairs.
