The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (e.g. Algarobo Costa or Torre del Mar) can be reached by rental car in approx. 30 minutes, which is absolutely necessary here due to the lack of public transport. Villa Archez is situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by many trees, plants and flowers. For active sportsmen there is also a pétanque court. The whole house is charmingly furnished, in a mixture of old and rustic and new and modern. The equipment of the holiday home is good, even if there is no TV here, which in the opinion of the owners simply does not fit the style of the house. Walking distance to 2 other villages with restaurants, shops, bars and banks. The beautiful beaches of Nerja, Torre del Mar and Algarrobo are within 20-25 mins drive. The house is accessed by tarmac road, so no need to rent a 4x4 vehicle. The house is well equipped and furnished and is maintained by a local British couple. The property is light and airy in the summer but cosy in the winter with a wood burning stove and warm aircon units. Archez is a 1 hour drive from Malaga airport and 1.5 hours to Granada and 2.5 hours to Seville. The villages of Canillas de Albaida and Corumbella are within walking distance.
