We have a beautiful saltwater pool to chill out in whilst sipping on a glass of your favourite tipple, drinking in the view of Mount Maroma in the distance. Here there is very little light pollution, so at night the stars are amazing. The house is well furnished, very comfortable and comes with a good wi-fi connection and dedicated space for home working. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with gas hob, oven, microwave, slow cooker, a capsule coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The garden is newly planted with a variety of shrubs and fruit trees, including two limes, a mandarin and an orange; and of course we have five magnificent Washingtonia palms which the house is named after. There are plenty of spaces outdoors to relax in the shade, or in the sun. We love enjoying a sundowner on the Lookout, watching the light gradually fading and turning the mountain and hilltops pink.
