Situated on the first floor of a building with a lift and no steps leading up to it, this flat provides you with ease of access and comfort from the very first moment. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a hall or entrance hall that will lead you to an independent kitchen that is fully equipped with kitchenware. The bright and cosy living room has a double sofa-bed and access to a south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh sea air.
