Villa ‘Malaga Beach&Golf’ is a beautiful private house with large garden, swimming pool and barbecue area, just one minute walk from the beach and 900 meters from the golf course. There is a public bus stop a few meters from the Villa that can take you to the centre of Malaga. Distance by car to Malaga 20‘ and 30’ to the airport. The villa has a private garage with Huawei electric charger and high speed WIFI. Parties and celebrations are not allowed in this Villa. The swimming pool is salt water, approx. 4m wide and 6,5m long. The depth in the shallowest part of the pool is 1,5m and in the deepest part 2,10m. It has easy access stairs with handrails and is available 365 days a year. The free welcome pack offers our guests everything they need for the first few hours in the villa. However, there is a supermarket open 10 hours a day just a few metres from the villa. The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 complete bathrooms (one of them en suite), spacious living/dining room with fireplace and smart TV and laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The house is specially designed for families with children, so we have a highchair, cot, toys etc, free of charge for guests. Our spacious home, situated on the select private development of Tropicana is an easy stroll to the beach. The beautifully maintained property benefits from 3 large terraces providing sun and shade at all times of the day and is just across the road from the mile-long Playazo beach with its selection of bars and seafood restaurants. Set between the magnificent backdrop of the Almijara mountains and the Mediterranean coastline, this delightful house is only two minutes stroll from the attractive swimming pool and restaurant complex which is only for the private use of Tropicana residents and their guests. Parking is no problem with easy access directly outside. Taxi into Nerja is only 6 euros which only takes 5 minutes. Taking in the beautiful scenery the walk into Nerja along the flat beach road (lit at night) only takes about 25 minutes and is one of the highlights of the holiday.
