Only 500 metres from the beach is this beautiful villa with private pool of 8x4m with roman steps, lawn area and covered parking. It has 500m2 of fully fenced land. The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the house. Once inside we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV.
