Beautiful villa on the Costa Blanca in Spain for a maximum of 12 people directly on the beach with private exit. This incredible house in Denia - Els Poblets has direct access to La Almadrava beach. In this area, there are only five properties with direct beach access, making this one truly special. From the living room, you can access the garden and pool, and from there, a small private gate leads directly to the sand. The holiday home comprises two floors, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet, all connected by an internal staircase and offering fantastic views of the sea, beach, and mountains. The garden features a barbecue, a large table under a huge pergola, and a large dining table for the whole family. The private pool includes a children's area and is surrounded by a lawn.
