In the centre of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, outside shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door in front of the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as well as the garage. The house is distributed in the following way: from the entrance we arrive to a spacious living-dining room, which is the distributor of the house (it has TV-SAT.) The swimming pool is 5x10m with roman steps with outdoor shower and toilet and a covered barbecue with a small fridge.
