Beautiful villa in Denia, just 150m from the sea. The 600 m2 plot is fully fenced. The garden features a wide variety of plants, palm trees, and lawn. The 7x4m swimming pool has Roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m, a minimum depth of 1m, and an outdoor shower. Access to the house is through a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside, we find the living-dining room with a ceiling fan and a flat-screen satellite TV. For the winter months, the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to warm the house. Adjacent to the living room is the fully renovated kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, etc. The house has a double bedroom with two 90cm beds joined together and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, where the washing machine is located.
