There is also a table-tennis table at the villa. The property sleeps 14 maximum. The area where the house is situated, is an established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a children's club, tennis club, bar/restaurant and for use by guests and residents of the urbanisation within a 2 min walk of the house. The beach is only 15 mins drive away and there are spectacular views down the valley to the oceanfront. Denia and Javea are both lovely coastal towns....
