Nice villa in Denia only 150m from the sea. The plot of 600 m2 is completely fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with roman steps with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outside shower. Access to the property is via a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside we find the living/dining room with ceiling fan, satellite TV with flat screen. For the winter months the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to heat the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc. The house has a double bedroom with 90cm beds joined together and an en suite bathroom with bathtub in which there is a washing machine. Very well maintained house in a residential area, it has a fenced plot of 600 m2 with its own swimming pool of 8x4m with roman steps with a max. depth of 2m and 1.3m minimum depth with outside shower. The garden is well kept with oleanders and citrus trees. There is covered parking on the plot for one vehicle. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area to enjoy at any time. The property has a glazed and furnished terrace with exit to the pool through which we access to the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with air conditioning, TV/SAT, wifi and fireplace. The open plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and microwave. Down the hallway there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom and the third bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
