Next to the pool there's a terrace which is perfect for a small breakfast. However, the porch is a nice spot for a barbecue with your family. Besides, there's an exterior shower. Indoors, a air conditioned living-dining room with satellite-TV (only German and Spanish channels) is open to a small kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven and cooking utensils. The villa consists of 161m² of living space on a 970m² large enclosed property. On the ground floor with 121m² is a spacious, open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with exclusive box spring beds and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and a double vanity unit. Upstairs / studio with 40m ² is a round bed for 2 persons. The modern kitchen on the ground floor offers with a large cooking island a special class of cooking pleasure. Bathroom and kitchen are protected by an outer circumferential canopy and provided with large glass surfaces and doors. This merges the interior of the house with the beautifully landscaped garden. The 4 x 8 meter long outdoor pool is optimally positioned and invites for complete relaxation. The conscious separately built by an external staircase studio upstairs is a haven for themselves. The special in this studio is a round bed from which you have a gigantic view from a large picture window to the bay of Alcudia. The studio is open plan and is very spacious. Directly in front of the studio there is a 40m² terrace and a small shed with washer and dryer. Above the studio is a further approximately 40 square meter roof terrace, whereupon a Jacuzzi hot tub awaits you.
