This villa is very private. There is parking for two cars on the driveway and lots of off road parking. This is a contemporary villa on two levels. It provides the best of both worlds. Firstly it is in a secluded location, with beautiful views overlooking the Menorquin countryside, making your stay peaceful and tranquil. In addition it is only a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the cut through paths giving the full on beach experience when you want it. Inside on the ground floor there is a WC and an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with all modern amenities including UK free view satellite (BBC, ITV etc.), smart TV with Netflix and also Hifi (with USB/bluetooth connectivity) and wifi etc. Down two steps from the lounge area and along the corridor are three bedrooms. There are two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom ( there is a shower over the bath.) The other twin bed room has an en suite shower room. Walking up the polished stone staircase from the living area to the first floor is the spacious master bedroom and en suite shower room.
