Peace and tranquility are what you'll breathe in this relaxing enclave of the island. A beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one level, except for the stairs in its old mill. Located in the countryside, on a dead-end street, surrounded only by nature. Búger, the town it belongs to, is just a couple of kilometers away. The garden and outdoor area are natural, quiet, and relaxed, with a large kidney-shaped pool surrounded by lawn. Everything you need to fully enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, fires are not allowed. The house has an electric barbecue. The house, all on one level, is bright and cool, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings. Life in the house flows very comfortably. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, in the tower, there is a single bed on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor. The exteriors of the house are really beautiful and will make you not to get bored at any time. After having breakfast under the porch, you can spend the morning cooling off at the private pool, sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, playing table football and billiard and, the littlest ones, in the wooden house or running around the lawn. Then, you can prepare a tasty barbecue in an absolutely magical place and just start over again, back to the pool! This is chlorine and measures 10 x 6 m large and 1 to 2 m deep. The majestic house is distributed into two floors. Once you come in, there is a spacious living room with A/C, where you can watch TV-SAT, a DVD movie or listen to music. Likewise, on the left side, you have access to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob.
