Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary. Coast/Beach: The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking.
