The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary. Coast/Beach: The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking. The beach of the natural park of Cala Mondragó is at about 10 minutes driving although there is a bus to go there. Travel: Palma airport is at 60 km. Use of car is not essential although is recommended to visit the island. Further Details: There is a little supermarket at 100m and a larger one at 600m from the property.
