The property is fenced and there are neighbours around it. The beautiful one-storey house continues the style of Cala d'Or white houses on the outside, but inside it stands out for its luminosity and modern style. From the porch we access the beautiful living - dining room, equipped with air conditioning and television with satellite channels. Next, we find the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. In order to rest, the house offers three bedrooms, all three with twin beds and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary.
