Being this beautiful semi-detached villa one of the first houses built in what in his day was the small port of Cala Llonga and which over the years has become one of the most popular marines of the island of Mallorca, retains all the character of his days and is in a perfect state of preservation with a beautiful Ibicencal style. The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary. Coast/Beach: The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking. The beach of the natural park of Cala Mondragó is at about 10 minutes driving although there is a bus to go there. Travel: Palma airport is at 60 km. Use of car is not essential although is recommended to visit the island. Further Details: There is a little supermarket at 100m and a larger one at 600m from the property. Cala D’Or Marina is about 2 minute walk and Cala D’Or centre, with shops, restaurants and music bars, is at 2 minutes walk....

Nice villa for 8 people, located in the old side marina of Cala DOr. Just 5 minutes walk from the center of Cala DOr. Upon entering the house we find a nice living room with views to the marina, from the living room there is access to the kitchen, fully equipped with a dolce gusto capsule coffee machine and a toilet. In the summer dining room there are sofas and a large table to enjoy the wonderful views. From this living room there is access to the bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, several steps lead us to three bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and finally the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. This bedroom has wonderful views and a charming balcony with a table and two chairs. Two bedrooms have ceiling fun and two portable fun.
