A good selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants are within easy reach, and even the famous “Cova den Xoroi” is within walking distance. At the same time, it is in a quiet, exclusively residential part of the development. The villa has a private pool and a surrounding terrace offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. It also features an impressive built-in barbecue and a pergola with a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners. Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious dining room and, separated by a lovely archway, an elegant lounge with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for a top-quality stay. Villa Yolanda has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with ample storage space and are very stylishly decorated. There are two modern bathrooms with showers. The interior of the villa is cool and very welcoming.
