A good selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants are within easy reach, with even the famous “Cova den Xoroi” a comfortable stroll away. At the same time, it is in a quiet, exclusively residential part of the development. The villa has a private pool and a surrounding terrace offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. It also features an impressive built-in barbecue and a pergola with a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners.
