This is a large detached villa, recently reformed and tastefully decorated in a rustic style. Very homely; this was, until recently, the owner´s dream home. Set in a quiet residential area yet in walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday! The big pool, garden and terrace receive sunshine practically the whole day through and are surrounded by high walls for your privacy. The terrace has dining furniture and a BBQ and is perfect for al fresco dining! There are many flowers and a lawn. The roof terrace enjoys an ample sea view and is perfect for admiring the sunset. There are sun loungers around the pool and on the roof terrace. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very attractive lounge, an elegant dining area that overlooks the garden and pool through all round glass patio doors and an enormous, fully fitted kitchen.
