The house has beautiful sea views, is south west facing so is one of the last houses in the valley to get the sun in the evening. It is 12 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach (Cala Advocat), 10 minutes’ walk to 2 local restaurants and 30 minutes’ walk to a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is on the Benissa Costa, a short drive to the main town of Moraira and also Calpe and Benissa. Sleeping 6, it is ideal for two couples or a family with older children, as its peaceful residential location gives privacy and tranquillity. There are no hidden charges, linen, air-con and wifi are all included in the price.
