TOURISTIC LICENSING: This house is fully licensed, insured and compliant with the Spanish tax authority and police legislation for tourist rentals. This also ensures that contents and essential safety features are professionally checked and maintained for our guests. INTERNET: To keep our prices competitive we don’t provide internet or Wi-fi and find that most guests are happy to use their data roaming on a mobile phone or visit one of the local cafes and bars for larger downloads. That said, we do have a good wireless router in the lounge that takes pre-paid or pay-as-you go SIM cards.
