Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds for 4 people. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds for 2 people with en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4: King-size bed for 2 people and en-suite bathroom with shower. You have a private kitchen at your disposal to prepare your meals during your stay. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet at the entrance. Outdoors, you can relax in the private garden or on the veranda—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. You also have access to a shared outdoor pool. The pool is not exclusively for villa guests and is subject to the rules of the owners' association and management. The property is part of a large residential complex, and the pool is about 700 meters from the villa. The pool is open only in summer. Opening times are not fixed and are outside the owner's control. The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning.
