Finca el Regalo is an Andalusian country villa situated on 20.000 m^2 ground providing extreme privacy with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Newly built with preservation of the Andalusian ambiance and heritage, it is tastefully decorated and furnished. The exterior of the property is no less impressive, terraced on diverse levels. The Mediterranean Garden contains over 90 matured olive, avocado, mango, and almond trees. A courtyard and ample terracing provide ideal spots for relaxing, barbecuing and dining. The pool (10 x 4.5 m) is open all the year, faces south, and enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding terrain and the sea beyond. The pool is not suitable for young children (2.0-1.3 m deep). The pool is heated until the end of November and the heating season starts on March 1st. We try to keep its temperature at 21 degrees Celsius. However, this depends on the number of sunny days in each autumn - winter - spring period.
