This stylish brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in a popular area of Los Alcazares and is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The villa has its own private pool with a large sheltered outside dining space and BBQ area. Inside, the villa is stylishly decorated with and a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens out on the pool, which is cleverly surrounded by a netted safety guard, which is removable. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds with lots of wardrobe space, and offers the option of a cot if needed.
