The light-flooded “Villa Costa de Blanes” is a 2-storey villa located in a quiet residential area in Costa d'en Blanes. Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming interiors and its beautiful outdoor area. It consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a dishwasher, 8 bedrooms (5 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, one with a single bed) and 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 18 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a highchair (upon request). One of the main attractions of the villa is its spacious outdoor area surrounded by nature, where you will find a private pool where you can take a dip in warm summer days, sunbeds and a small table where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky. There is also a nice barbecue area where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them outdoors. The closest beach "Punta Portals" is within walking distance, around 25 minutes by foot (2km). Master suite with large bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a guest toilet. The villa has a large garden with a 8 x 5 meter salt water pool . There is a large decked area around the pool with plenty of sun beds and seating to chill out. It also has a BBQ for al fresco dining, 2 additional terraces, and a roof top area (accessed through the master bedroom) with private cabana. There is also a basement area with a table tennis. The villa is accessed through a private gate and the driveway has ample secure parking. The villa's location is perfect as it is 3 mins by car to the beach, Portals Marina, Marine Land, and Portals Village. It is also 5 mins to Palma Nova, 10 mins to Palma Town center, and 20 mins from the Palma Airport. There are a number of golf courses 5 mins away and a paddle tennis and gym 2 mins away....
