The light-flooded “Villa Costa de Blanes” is a 2-storey villa located in a quiet residential area in Costa d'en Blanes. Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming interiors and its beautiful outdoor area. It consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a dishwasher, 8 bedrooms (5 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, one with a single bed) and 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 18 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a highchair (upon request). One of the main attractions of the villa is its spacious outdoor area surrounded by nature, where you will find a private pool where you can take a dip in warm summer days, sunbeds and a small table where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky. There is also a nice barbecue area where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them outdoors. The closest beach "Punta Portals" is within walking distance, around 25 minutes by foot (2km). The villa is just a 10-minute walk from Puerto Portals and Portals Nous which has bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Cleaning fee will be charged on site. Parking available in the street. The villa is accessed through a private gate and the driveway has ample secure parking. The villa's location is perfect as it is 3 mins by car to the beach, Portals Marina, Marine Land, and Portals Village.
