Our newly renovated and renovated villa with lookout tower located in a residential area in the exclusive Costa de la Calma near Santa Ponsa on the southwest coast of Mallorca, away from the big tourist crowds! It offers a generous plot with 1095 square meters and can accommodate up to max. 8 people. With a floor space of approximately 226 square meters on two floors you will find comfortable and cozy living areas. The pool (4.5 x 10.5 meters) was rebuilt in 2016 and is equipped with the latest technology: LED lighting with color change, water treatment without chemicals by natural salt electrolysis, which can score with its healing effect on the skin.
