This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is really spectacular with absolutely amazing views of the bay of La Herradura. It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs! There are 6 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin rooms and then a further bedroom with a single bed and another single bed which pulls out underneath and can make a double. There is also a large bathroom with shower and downstairs, a separate toilet. The house boasts two spacious kitchens with all modern appliances, a large living room and a huge separate dining room. Outside there is an abundance of terraces and eating areas, water features and paths for the children to run around and enjoy. At the end of the garden is the large 10 x 5 swimming pool with sunbeds and seating area. There are views to the mountains and to the large town of Almuñecar and of course, the sea beyond. The bustling town of Almuñecar with its beaches is only a 10 minute walk away. The house has air conditioning, wifi and international television channels. Situated on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, the villa is located in Taramay, near to the traditionally Spanish town of Almunecar. The house retains a high level of privacy whilst being within walking distance of beaches and shops approx 25 minutes walk down to the nearest beach or just a few minutes by car. The pretty village of La Herradura is 10 minutes drive away. Entering the villa by the front door there is a spacious hallway with cloakroom to the side. Follow the steps down to the enormous open plan living area where there is a grand glass topped dining table large enough to seat 14 people. Behind this is the huge lounge area with masses of seating on either the big comfy sofa or chaise longues where you can spend the evening chatting to friends, watching television on the large screen or listening to music. The kitchen is large with a double oven, two fridge freezers, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.
