Villa Mara is a fantastic holiday destination for families with children who want to enjoy the peace and comfort of their own villa on their holiday. It is currently completely renovated to meet latest comfort and standards. Beautiful recently renovated Mediterranean-style villa, we have a laundry area in the lower area of the house with a garage for two cars and common areas. Plot of almost 1000m2 fully fenced located in the El Campello area, specifically in Covetá Fuma next to the TRAM stop that takes you immediately to Benidorm or Alicante. Villa has a roof terrace with outdoor furniture and extensive views of the entire neighborhood and partial views of the sea. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds that can be made into individual ones if necessary and two complete bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the main room. CLIMALIT windows with mosquito nets. Private pool with a depth of 2.5m and 6m long and a jacuzzi, outdoor shower and a very large terrace that surrounds the pool with awnings and roof of the house. This beautiful villa is located in El Campello/ Venta la Nuza. Upon entering the house you enter the cozy living room with fireplace and TV with FTA SAT channels. The dining area and from there you can use a sliding door to the closed terrace / conservatory where you can sit in the sun and out of the wind. From the living room you end up in a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. From the kitchen you enter through a door into a small hall with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can reach this quickly and easily when you come out of the swimming pool, because in the hall there is also a door to the outside spacious terrace. Back in the living room you come through 2 steps into a spacious hall where 3 of the 4 bedrooms ( The bedrooms have air conditioning) are located. 1 bedroom is partly an office with desk and there is 1 single bed with a trundle.
