This beautiful villa is located in El Campello/ Venta la Nuza. Upon entering the house you enter the cozy living room with fireplace and TV with FTA SAT channels. The dining area and from there you can use a sliding door to the closed terrace / conservatory where you can sit in the sun and out of the wind. From the living room you end up in a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. From the kitchen you enter through a door into a small hall with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can reach this quickly and easily when you come out of the swimming pool, because in the hall there is also a door to the outside spacious terrace. Back in the living room you come through 2 steps into a spacious hall where 3 of the 4 bedrooms ( The bedrooms have air conditioning) are located. 1 bedroom is partly an office with desk and there is 1 single bed with a trundle.
