The 7x4m swimming pool has Roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum depth of 1m, and an outdoor shower. Access to the house is through a covered terrace with garden furniture. Inside, you will find the living-dining room with a ceiling fan and a flat-screen satellite TV. For the winter months, the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to warm the house.
