Nice villa in Denia only 150m from the sea. The plot of 600 m2 is completely fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with roman steps with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outside shower. Access to the property is via a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside we find the living/dining room with ceiling fan, satellite TV with flat screen. For the winter months the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to heat the house.
