Nice villa in Denia only 150m from the sea. The plot of 600 m2 is completely fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with roman steps with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outside shower. Access to the property is via a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside we find the living-dining room with ceiling fan, satellite TV with flat screen. For the winter months the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to heat the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc. The house has a double bedroom with beds of 90cm joined and en suite bathroom with bathtub in which the washing machine is located.
