It is on the Benissa Costa, a short drive to the main town of Moraira and also Calpe and Benissa. Sleeping 6, it is ideal for two couples or a family with older children, as its peaceful residential location gives privacy and tranquillity. Priced very reasonably for a villa with a private pool, air-conditioning (both living room and bedrooms) and cable broadband. There are no hidden charges, linen, air-con and wifi are all included in the price. The rental consists of the whole house except for the lower floor which is kept locked up and vacant for the private use of the owners when not rented out. Casa Libra is a substantial detached villa on a very large plot of 1600m2. It is located in a quiet location with wonderful views. Known as "Buena Vista" Just a few minutes drive from several beaches and coves, offering restaurants and evening entertainment Entering via electric gates to a long driveway providing ample parking for at least 6 cars. Four steps leading up to the main door that opens into a spacious bright hallway you will find the first ensuite to the right.. Moving from the hallway there is the 2nd ensuite on the left. From the Hallway, the sweeping staircase leads to the 1st floor up to a large landing which used as an open office, three are 3 kingsize bedrooms and a separate bathroom, Bath, WC, shower cubical, storage cabinet and towel rails. Bedroom 4 with its amazing view, opens onto a large terrace with a small table and lounger and chairs.
