It is 12 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach (Cala Advocat), 10 minutes’ walk to 2 local restaurants and 30 minutes’ walk to a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is on the Benissa Costa, a short drive to the main town of Moraira and also Calpe and Benissa. Sleeping 6, it is ideal for two couples or a family with older children, as its peaceful residential location gives privacy and tranquillity.
