Villa Carmen is located in a very quiet area on the coast of Benissa, It welcomes us with charming panoramic views and some sea views. It is only 5 minutes. By car from El Advocat beach with a beach bar in the summer months. Other beautiful coves are found along the coast that are essential to visit, in addition to the ecological walk that joins many of them. Supermarkets and restaurants are between 3 and 4 km away. The villa is located halfway between Moraira and Calpe, tourist places known worldwide for their beautiful beaches and landscapes to visit. Villa Carmen is all on one level, has gated parking for 2 cars, from where just a couple of steps lead up to a small terrace with a bar next to the private pool with sun loungers and a covered barbecue area. There are three lovely bedrooms, two with double beds and another with two single beds. All have a wardrobe, air conditioning and mosquito net. One of the bedrooms with double bed, has access to the outdoor terrace of the villa. The villa has two full bathrooms, one with an Italian shower and the other with a shower. There is also a large space composed of living room and kitchen. It is a bright and open room that gives access to the terrace through large glazed windows. There is a comfortable sofa, a nice dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. EXTERIOR: The access to the plot is through an automatic sliding door that leads to the open parking where we can park a vehicle. We access the villa by steps. The plot has several levels where we will find all kinds of trees as well as flower boxes. The pool is in front of the villa, and it is surrounded by an outdoor terrace where the outdoor dining table and the sun loungers are situated. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The dining room, with capacity for all the guests of the villa, has large windows, as well as a door with access to the pool area, which will make this space a very special place in our stay. Next to this space is the living room, located in a large space and formed by a chaise longue sofa with capacity for more than four people, with a coffee table and a television. Along the corridor there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. We will have at our disposal a complete bathroom with shower. EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is a space to park one car on the left hand side.
