Finca located in a forest near the mountain of Sant Salvador with spectacular sea views. The house is situated on a hill surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. We reach the house by a mountain road, the finca is at the end of the road. When entering the house we find the staircase that will take us to the first floor. Next to the entrance there is a complete bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with two single beds. The house has a spacious living-dining room with a TV area, a dining table and access to the terrace with great views. Next to the dining room is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped and with access to the terrace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with 2 single beds, one of them has a nice terrace with spectacular views. Apart from that there is another complete bathroom with bathtub. The covered terrace is very spacious, there is a large dining table and excellent views to the mountains and the sea. The house, preserving the traditional Mallorcan style, offers a wonderful living-dining room for you to sit and watch satellite TV, listen to some music and, of course, delight yourselves at the dining table with the great dishes cooked in the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction top and all appliances and cutlery you may need. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathtub bathrooms for the whole accommodation as well as 3 bedrooms for your moments of rest. All of them come with a closet, a fan and AC. Two have two twin beds and the last one offers a double bed. If you are travelling with your babies, we can prepare two cots and two high chairs.
