Our holiday home is located between Felanitx and Cala D'Or, just an 8-minute drive from the beaches and coves. In the neighboring village of S'Horta, you will find a small supermarket and some good typical Majorcan restaurants. For larger shopping needs for daily necessities, simply drive a short distance to Felanitx, where you can also choose from many local products such as wine and ceramics. This area produces a number of very good quality white wines. In Sa Plaça, the weekly market takes place every Sunday, and there are stalls with flowers and fresh produce every day except Mondays. As excursion tips, we can recommend the surrounding wineries, the imposing Church of San Miguel within the village, and the nearby castles "Castell de Santueri" and "Monastery of San Salvador"... Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new construction house, completed in 2017, offering its guests 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suite), air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite television. The house features a stone facade and Mallorcan-style shutters, giving it a classic exterior while boasting modern and highly functional interiors. All rooms in this property are located on a single level. We enter the house through the main entrance, leading into a spacious living-dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The living room has two comfortable sofas facing the television and a dining table topped with a beautiful lamp.
