Finca Sa Vinya is a beautiful newly built house completed in 2017 which offers its guests 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, 2 of them en suite, air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan style shutters that give it a classic touch on the outside, although it has modern and very functional interiors. All the rooms of this property are distributed on one floor. The house is accessed through the main entrance and leads into a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The living room has two nice sofas in front of the TV and a dining table crowned by a beautiful lamp. The house consists of 2 floors and includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. You will also find a private sauna located in the garden, near the pool. House for 8 people located on a small hill with spectacular views from almost every room. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor we find the entrance hall with a beautiful staircase with carved wooden railing that goes up to the first floor, we continue and access to the dining room and living room where you can sit on the sofa or on a stool at the bar located in the dining room to enjoy wonderful views. In the dining room you will find a large dining table and in the living room a wonderful 42-inch satellite TV. Next to the bar in the dining room, where you can prepare some great cocktails, you can access the kitchen through a small corridor where you will find a toilet. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the kitchenware you may need for your meals. Finally, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the main terrace and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Salas Nou is a beautifully designed country house with plenty of natural light that has been completely renovated. The original house was built more than 100 years ago. It has the charm of the typical Mallorcan country house with a wonderful mix of rustic details such as natural stone walls, high ceilings with wooden beams combined with comfortable, modern furniture. From the entrance you enter directly into the living room with a wood-burning stove. The large, open-plan kitchen/dining area with a beautiful wooden dining table is spacious, light-flooded and well-equipped.
