Villa Magnolia is a cosy villa with private pool located in the prestigious urbanization of Cala Galdana. This beautiful villa for rent with private pool consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a spacious outdoor garden area with a large swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and private parking space. Villa Magnolia also has central air-conditioning, WiFi, safe and radio-CD with iPod input. The rooms are divided into three double bedrooms. On the one hand there is the master bedroom en suite with double bed and direct access to the terrace. On the other hand, the other two double bedrooms have two single beds and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. It has direct access to the back terrace of the villa, where there is a barbecue and an outdoor table with garden chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. Beautiful two bedroom semi-detached villa with private pool. This offers the opportunity for smaller groups to enjoy the pleasure of their own private pool at a very reasonable price. Simple and well maintained villa set in attractive gardens. About 5 minutes walk to the top of the hill where you will find bars, shops and restaurants. It will take you about 7 minutes to walk downhill to the glorious horseshoe bay of Cala Galdana, and a little longer to walk back up. There is a good sized covered terrace for relaxing and eating outdoors. Next to the house there is a built in barbecue. The swimming pool, with Roman steps, has a sunbathing terrace and is surrounded by the lovely typical Menorcan garden....

Villa Sud is a semi-detached villa located in San Jaime Mediterráneo in a small holiday resort consisting of 4 holiday flats. It is only 500 metres from the beach. The family-friendly holiday home impresses with its fantastic outdoor area with pool and sea view and invites 6 people to a relaxing holiday with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is furnished in the typical Menorcan style and equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. In the communal area that you share with the guests of the other 3 holiday homes, a large terrace with pool and sun loungers invite you to relaxing holidays and to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. In addition, a private terrace with garden furniture and a portable barbecue is at your disposal. Besides all the comfort the villa offers, it is also ideally situated: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 500 m away and, likewise again, the wide sandy beach Son Bou, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
