Finca Casa Nanita C, is a group of 3 houses situated on a 20,000 square metre estate 2 km from the small village of Fontanales, in the town of Moya. On entering the house we enter a small hall from where we come to the kitchen and dining room. Next is the bedroom with a double bed, which, being inside a cave, has a very special and cosy atmosphere. Next to it is the bathroom with shower. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room with TV, stereo and wood cooker, as well as large windows to enjoy the scenery when we are inside. The whole house is equipped with central heating. Outside, the house has a small terrace at the entrance and another at the back with barbecue. And on the upper part, on the roof terrace, there is a private solarium. A few metres from the house are the communal areas that are shared with the other two houses: the swimming pool with a splash pool area, massage jets and a jacuzzi inside; around the pool is the solarium area where you can enjoy the sunny days with birdsong as a soundtrack; and bordering the houses and the pool are different garden areas with corners from which to enjoy the scenery....
